Configuring notification settings
Enable or disable supported email notifications and understand who receives them.
Updated August 22, 2026
Notification settings control supported emails for delivery status changes and invoice payment reminders. A notification must be enabled and have an eligible recipient before Collably can send it.
Change a notification
- 1Open Settings → Notifications.
- 2Find the notification type and use its Enabled switch.
- 3Save the card after changing the switch or message fields.
- 4For brand-specific consent, open the brand contact settings and review the delivery-change and payment-reminder options.
- 5Use Notification History to confirm whether a later message was queued, sent, skipped, or failed.
Note:Disabling a template prevents new messages of that type from being sent. It does not delete history or undo messages that were already delivered.
