Collably provides tools for managing creator collaborations, deliverables, invoices, payments, and related business activities. The service is provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive for high availability and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of all information you enter into the platform.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Ensuring your use of Collably complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Any invoices, taxes, and financial reporting obligations arising from your use of the platform. Collably is a tool for tracking and organizing your business; it does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.

You agree not to use Collably for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading or distributing malicious software or content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
• Using the platform to harass, defraud, or harm others.
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the service.

Collably reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse or fraud, or are used for illegal activity. We may take action with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

Certain features of Collably require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable fees and billing terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Collably may modify features, functionality, or pricing over time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect your subscription. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Collably is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collably shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You retain ownership of all content and data you create or upload to Collably. Collably retains ownership of the platform, its design, code, and trademarks. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the platform without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Collably operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate courts.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Collably after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
