Creator Pricing Calculator

Using the Creator Pricing Calculator

Build a defensible creator quote by pricing the deliverables, audience signal, usage rights, production effort, and deal structure together.

Updated September 8, 2026

The Creator Pricing Calculator is a negotiation guide, not a promise of income. It turns the details of a brand brief into a recommended quote, a fair conversation range, and practical context you can use when you respond.

Build a quote

  1. 1Start a pricing session and choose the closest deal mode: influencer partnership, UGC, production only, YouTube integration, or bundled campaign.
  2. 2Choose a pricing model. Flat fee is for one clear scope; retainer is for recurring work; hybrid and performance models add tracked-result assumptions; licensing emphasizes content rights.
  3. 3Add every deliverable included in the brief, including livestreams, link-in-bio placements, cross-posts, product placement, dedicated YouTube sponsorships, or raw footage and buyouts.
  4. 4Add audience and production context using typical numbers rather than your best outlier. If the brand publishes the content or the work is production-only, audience fields may be disabled because they do not affect that scope-led quote.
  5. 5Review usage channels, paid media, creator-account ads, exclusivity, revisions, turnaround, expenses, tax set-aside, and platform fees before submitting.
  6. 6Enter the brand offer if you have one. The result compares it with your recommended quote without changing the underlying scope.

Pricing models explained

  • Flat fee: a fixed amount for the agreed deliverables and rights.
  • Retainer: a recurring campaign structure where longer commitments may receive a controlled efficiency adjustment.
  • Hybrid: a guaranteed scope fee plus expected affiliate or performance value shown separately.
  • Performance: a larger share of the recommendation follows tracked performance, while a guaranteed production component remains.
  • Licensing: content and usage rights are the center of the quote; audience distribution is not added when it is not part of the deal.

Read the result

  • Recommended quote is the confident middle ground for the exact scope you entered.
  • Fair range gives you a lower and upper conversation anchor rather than a single supposedly perfect number.
  • What makes it up separates audience and distribution, deliverables, production, rights, paid usage, exclusivity, revisions, rush work, expenses, and deal-model adjustments.
  • Market metrics such as implied CPM, implied CPC, engagements, and expected affiliate value are diagnostic signals, not guarantees.
  • Take-home estimates subtract the tax set-aside, platform fee, and listed out-of-pocket costs from the gross recommendation.
Note:Choose a benchmarking region on the first step. New calculations use that region's current benchmark settings. Saved calculations keep their original inputs and outputs, so later benchmark changes do not rewrite your history.

Save and use your quote

  1. 1Download the free PDF report when you want a shareable summary of the recommendation and negotiation context.
  2. 2Sign in or create an account if you want the calculation available in account history and connected to your workspace.
  3. 3When you started from a Collaboration, use Save and return to carry the recommendation back to the collaboration without overwriting a manual deal amount.
  4. 4Use Recent calculations to reopen, edit, duplicate, or delete saved quotes. Anonymous history stays on the current device until you claim or remove it.

Frequently asked questions

Does the calculator tell me the one correct rate?

No. It gives you a reasoned starting point based on the scope, rights, production effort, audience signal, market benchmarks, and deal structure you entered. Your relationship, negotiation, taxes, and final contract still matter.

Why are some audience fields disabled?

Audience data is not used for UGC, production-only work, or content published on the brand’s account. Those quotes are intentionally scope-led so irrelevant metrics do not inflate the recommendation.

Will changing the benchmarks change an old quote?

No. Benchmark changes apply to new calculations only. Existing reports and snapshots keep the inputs and outputs that were saved when they were created.

Can I use the result for a Collaboration?

Yes. Open the calculator from a new or existing Collaboration, complete the brief, and save the recommendation back to that Collaboration. A manually entered deal amount remains yours to negotiate.
