Getting started with Collably
A practical first-day guide to organizing creator collaborations, deliveries, invoices, and payments.
Updated August 22, 2026
Collably brings the operational side of creator work into one workspace. A typical workflow is: add the people and companies involved, create a collaboration, define its deliveries, issue an invoice, and record payments as they arrive.
Your recommended setup order
- 1Complete your Business Profile in Settings. Your business name, email, country, address, and tax details are used on invoices.
- 2Add a collaboration from the Collaborations page. You can create a brand inline while creating the collaboration.
- 3Add the creator, deal amount, dates, platforms, and agreed deliveries.
- 4Track each delivery from draft through review, approval, scheduling, and publication.
- 5Create an invoice after your Business Profile is invoice-ready, then send it and record received payments.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to create a brand before a collaboration?
No. Brands are created when you add a collaboration, and the collaboration form can create a new brand inline.
Can I use Collably as an agency?
Yes. Plans that support multiple creators can scope work across creator profiles, while an individual creator sees their own workspace.
